A finished product base for your website: modern frontend, a comprehensive admin area, modules you can switch on. We take care of the build. After that, your website is yours to run.
No WordPress. No plugin zoo. No call to us when a single word needs changing.
Both figures are entry prices, net, plus 20% VAT. What your project actually costs depends on its scope. You get that number in the intro call, not from a price list.
Three parts, one package
What you get
01
The website
Fast, accessible and in your colours. Server-rendered, so neither Google nor your visitors have to wait.
Design based on your brand
WCAG 2.2 AA from day one
SEO basics: sitemap, structured data, clean URLs
Multilingual if you want it
02
The admin area
Your editorial space in plain language. Pages are made of blocks, and every change shows up in the preview right away.
Build pages from ready-made blocks, extendable with your own
Draft, live preview, version history
Media, forms and enquiries in one place
Handbook and training included
03
Maintenance & updates
Your website follows our product line. New features and security updates come from us, reviewed rather than by accident.
Security and feature updates from one source
Backup export as a ZIP, any time, by yourself
Error log and monitoring built in
A named contact instead of a support ticket
Try it
Look inside the backend before you ask us anything
The demo is the WMP admin area filled with sample data. You are welcome to touch everything.
Assemble pages from blocks and watch the preview update immediately
Use dashboard, appointments and statistics exactly as you would in your own project
Locked areas show what else is part of the finished product
No sign-up, no data from you. Everything can be reset to its starting state at any time.
These sites are maintained by the businesses themselves, so what you see today may differ from the design we delivered. Colours, images and text are theirs to change — that is the whole point of the WMP.
Modular
You only get what you switch on
Every module is activated per project. Modules that are off are really gone: no menu entry in the admin, no code on the website, no cost. And whatever is missing here, we build for your project.

WordPress can do almost anything, but through third-party extensions that you have to keep updated, vet and pay for. Site builders are convenient until you need something of your own or want to move.
Built in, not bolted on
In detail: what sits behind the check marks.
Keyboard, contrast, screen reader
Built to WCAG 2.2 AA rather than retrofitted: usable without a mouse, checked contrasts, proper labels, respect for reduced motion.
Analytics without cookies
Reach measurement without cookies or raw IPs, plus clear retention limits for form data.
Hardened delivery
Content Security Policy and security headers, public forms with captcha, honeypot and rate limiting.
Two-factor sign-in
Admin access additionally requires a one-time code sent to your registered address.
Backups & error log
A ZIP backup at the push of a button, plus a central log when something like an email delivery fails.
Operated in the EU
Your website runs on a server in the EU. Which services are involved is documented openly in the privacy statement.
All of it runs from day one, with no extra module and no surcharge.
Straight talk
The questions that come next
What we hear in nearly every intro call, answered honestly.
Concerns
“Why not just use WordPress?”
Every plugin is third-party software inside your site, with its own gaps, updates and costs. In the WMP everything comes from one codebase: one update instead of twenty, one contact instead of forum threads.
“What does this cost us in total?”
You are not paying for development from scratch. The foundation exists, we set it up and switch on only the modules you need. And every small text change stops being a billable job.
“We do not have time for this.”
Your part comes down to two appointments: the intro call and the training session. Everything in between is on us. You can supply texts and images yourself, or we write the first round and you sign it off.
“Does this tie us to TwoStack?”
No. The code sits in your own repository, and you can export database and files as a ZIP at any time. Next.js and Payload are open standards, so any development team can take over.
“We only need a few pages.”
Then you may not need the WMP at all. We build a static website of one to three pages from €300 net; changes then go through us. The difference is not quality, it is who maintains it later. And the door stays open: a small website can become one with its own admin area later, without rebuilding everything.
“Accessibility does not apply to us.”
The Austrian Accessibility Act has applied since June 2025: for many businesses with consumer contact an accessible site is mandatory. The WMP has WCAG 2.2 AA built in rather than retrofitted.
Practical matters
Who maintains the content after launch?
You, if you want to: the admin area speaks plain language, pages are made of blocks, and every change shows up in the preview right away. If something goes wrong, one click restores the previous version. The handbook is built in and training is part of the project. If you would rather hand the upkeep over, we take care of it; the infrastructure stays with us anyway.
Can we keep our existing domain?
Yes. We handle the switch including redirects, so existing links and search entries keep working.
What happens to our old website?
We move the content into the new site in a structured way. The old installation can then be shut down, which removes its plugin and maintenance cost as well.
How do updates work?
Your project follows our version line. We roll out security and feature updates; in the admin area, “Version & changelog” tells you what changed in plain language.
Can we have English or a third language?
Yes, multilingual support is a module. Each language gets its own texts and its own URLs, and hreflang tells search engines which version belongs to whom.
Can we add modules later?
Any time. Appointment booking, blog or applicant management can be added without rebuilding the website.
Getting started
How we begin
Four steps from the first conversation to your finished website. Next to each one: what you see in your client portal at that same moment.
What happensWhat you see
1
Intro call
We clarify the goal, the scope and which modules you need. Afterwards you know what your project costs, without surprises later.
From €300 for the static website, from €1,199 with your own admin area. Both net. The exact figure comes out of this call.
What you see
Your access is ready
You get an invitation by email and set up your sign-in, protected by a second factor. From then on you see your project with all its phases.
Project
2
Setup and design
First we create several design proposals for you. You decide which direction it takes, and then we set the WMP up: colours, fonts, logo, page structure and the modules you decided on.
What you see
Review the drafts, comment on them
The proposals appear as drafts in the portal. You click the element you mean and write what should change. No screenshots, no email saying “the image at the top right”. While we build, you can see the current state there at any time and keep leaving notes.

3
Content and training
You get your accounts and a training session. You can enter texts and images yourself, or leave the first round to us.
What you see
What is still open is right there
We request documents and content in the portal, with the deadline and the template in the same place. You see at a glance what is missing, instead of digging through email threads.
Documents
4
Go-live and maintenance
We take it live and handle domain and infrastructure. After that, updates come from the product line and you keep a named contact.
What you see
The access stays
Invoices, files and the direct line to us stay in the portal after go-live too. Questions go where everything about the project already is.
Invoices
And if something is unclear
Request a meeting at any time, right in the portal. Enter a preferred time and a topic and send it, we confirm or suggest another slot. That holds in every phase, from the first conversation to long after go-live.
What you end up with
Included in every project
Setup and design in your colours
Search engine optimisation from the ground up
Accessibility and GDPR from day one
Operated on a server inside the EU
A named contact instead of a support ticket
Portal access from the project start, with two-factor sign-in
Ongoing maintenance and updates are available as an optional package.
Take a proper look.
In a short call we walk you through the WMP using your own content and tell you clearly what your project will cost.
